Agreement
By accessing or using TrackStack, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
TrackStack provides team and workforce tools subject to your plan and our documentation. Features may change; we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
Accounts & access
You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
Disclaimer & limitation
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach or as required to operate safely. Provisions that should survive will survive termination.
